Update from NAM:
Senate Approves Additional PPP Funding in New COVID-19 Relief Bill
has approved $310 billion in funding to restart the Paycheck Protection
Program. Included in the new funding tranche is a $60 billion set-aside to
ensure that businesses served by community development financial institutions,
minority depository institutions, community banks, credit unions and certified
development companies can access PPP funds. The NAM was a vocal leader in
securing this expansion of the PPP and has repeatedly called on
Congress to ensure small businesses have access to the funds they need.
